How much is delivery?

UK Delivery is FREE on every order!

How do I order?

Orders are quick, safe and easy with our secure online checkout. You can pay by all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. You can also order by phone, please call us on 01572 720599.

How Long will my order take?

We will let you know within 1 hour when your lights will be delivered. Lead times vary from supplier to supplier and are usually within these timeframes:

Endon Lighting & Elstead Lighting products: 5 - 7 working days

Oaks Lighting & Searchlight products: 5 - 7 working days

Eglo Lighting products: 7 - 10 working days

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may have to send some items separately and these may occasionally be delivered by different couriers. Our couriers deliver between 7am - 7pm. Orders containing products from multiple suppliers may take longer to arrive.

We recommend booking your electrician after you have received & checked your order.

How will you deliver?

We will check and pack your light in our warehouse and then ship with either DPD or DHL. Both offer one hour delivery windows to our customers meaning you won't have to wait in all day. We may also deliver directly from supplier to save time, we will inform you of this in your delivery update email.

Can I return an item?

Yes of course. If you’ve changed your mind, please return within 90 days from delivery in its original condition & packaging. You can return an order to us or we can arrange a return via Evri for you for FREE! (UK only). We’ll exchange or refund your order, as long as it meets our terms & conditions explained below.

By original condition, we mean:

  • You’ve kept all original packaging in excellent condition and the product can be resold at full price.
  • You haven’t used the product or installed it.

If you want this option, just complete this form and we will advise you of your nearest drop off point.

What if the light/product is damaged?

We will replace it, it's as simple as that. We do ask that all breakages are reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
